HR Coordinator



Responsibilities will include:
· To implement the company HR strategy and systems locally
· Provide HR support to management & staff.
· Responsible for the preparation, distribution, and reporting processes for personnel.
· Prepare and maintain employment records, carrying out all personnel related functions and handle all issues related with governmental authorities,
· Gather the required data regarding employees’ attendance, leaves, vacations, overtime, penalties
· Administrating procedures for the personnel function
· Manage the preparing and closing of social and medical insurance accounts provided by the company to employees,
· Organization’s training and development activities in order to ensure that training activities are conducted efficiently.

Suitable candidates should have previous local working experience (3 - 4 years) and will be preferably educated to diploma/degree level in HR Management or equivalent.
